Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or worn lashes.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with our review.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

• You received an incorrect item.

• Your item arrived damaged or defective.

• Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Opened or used lashes.

• Items damaged through misuse or improper care.

• Change of mind purchases.

• Sale or promotional items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
